The data in your business will be stored in many forms; databases, spreadsheets and flat files in various formats and designs.
The Data Integrator can access and extract data from SQL tables, flat files, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, and a wide array of proprietary file formats.
These files are then transformed into a Diver data model. This model is designed in such a way that it eliminates hierarchies and other navigational restraints.
The advantage of this is that no underlying database is required therefore reducing total cost of ownership; and that there are no traditional drill down constraints.
Compatibility of output files
The flat files created by Data Integrator can also be used by other applications, and your reports can also be exported to pdf or Excel format.
Reports in these formats can be emailed manually or automatically by a scheduler.
